Globixxa Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale constitute a binding legal agreement governing all commercial transactions, purchases, listings, and payout processing actions conducted across the Globixxa multi-vendor luxury marketplace network. By listing an inventory item as a merchant or finalizing a checkout container as a buyer, you agree to comply strictly with these contractual parameters.

1. Marketplace Model & Peer-to-Peer Bargaining

Globixxa operates an independent multi-vendor connection infrastructure [INDEX]. We provide a secure digital platform for independent merchants to list high-end collections and interact directly with global buyers.

💼 Contract Finality on Accepted Offers:

When a price compromise is successfully negotiated and finalized inside the 💸 Offers panel, it constitutes an ironclad commercial contract. The buyer is legally expected to proceed through checkout fields, and the merchant is required to package and dispatch the item.

2. The Escrow Buffer & Delivery Reimbursement Rule

To ensure complete structural protection against online marketplace scams, all transactions must adhere strictly to the following escrow disbursement rules:

  • 🔒 Protected Escrow Storage: When a transaction is funded via our payment gateways, the entire checkout value (including item cost and flat-rate shipping totals) is automatically locked inside our non-custodial Escrow Buffer Layer [INDEX].
  • 📦 Full Reimbursement Post-Delivery: The product price and shipping fees are only paid back in full to the vendor’s wallet balance after tracking logs from recognized carrier paths (e.g., DHL, Ghana Post) explicitly verify successful delivery to the buyer’s home address [INDEX].

3. Merchant Listing Constraints & Inventory Prohibitions

Sellers are strictly forbidden from uploading items outside our vetted design structures. Prohibited marketplace listings include:

  • Counterfeit luxury goods, replica accessories, and unverified design brand marks.
  • Misrepresented, broken, or heavily damaged product units listed without descriptive disclosure.
  • Attempts to bypass our integrated systems by sharing off-platform phone numbers inside 💬 Client Messages.
  • Unlicensed electronic equipment, hazardous assets, and illegal parallel imports.

4. Disputes, Discrepancies, and Cancellation Grace Rows

Buyers maintain an official 48-hour verification window from the exact delivery timestamp recorded by the tracking logistics to log a discrepancy report. If an item arrives completely broken, wrong, or deeply unaligned with the merchant’s description, the escrow balance remains locked, and our dispute desk will step in. If no claim is opened within 48 hours, the funds auto-release straight to the merchant’s wallet balance permanently.
