To protect our community of boutique collectors, independent designers, and global buyers, all members are strictly required to uphold these operational codes of conduct. Violations will result in permanent account suspension and escrow freezes .

1. Ironclad Authenticity & Product Integrity

Our marketplace is built entirely on trust and product honesty . Sellers are fully responsible for the accuracy of their catalog representations.

  • Zero-Tolerance Replica Ban: You must never list counterfeit items, unvetted luxury duplicates, or fake designer brand logs.
  • Flaw Transparency: All scuffs, signs of wear, or material tears must be clearly visible in listing photos and typed explicitly in description blocks.
  • Correct Category Sorting: Products must be sorted strictly into their right folders (such as **Women**, **Men**, **Designer**, **Bags**, or **Vintage**) to ensure dynamic frontend menu tracking works flawlessly .

2. Fair Bargaining & Text Communication Rules

3. Strict Prohibition of Off-Platform Dealing

Sellers and buyers are strictly forbidden from sharing phone numbers, external money transfer links, or bank accounts inside chat screens. Off-platform deals remove your transactions from our protected **Escrow Buffer Layer**, leaving you vulnerable to fraud . Any system detection of off-platform information exchange results in instant, permanent store deactivation.

4. Honest Logistics Compliance

Merchants must maintain highly transparent fulfillment routines to receive full shipping cost payouts :

  • You must never submit invalid or dummy postal tracking barcodes to artificially trigger escrow releases .
  • Items must be dropped off to carrier providers (e.g., DHL, Ghana Post) within your specified processing timeframe configurations .
